Alumil VR Presentation

The task:
To create a dynamic vr presentation for Alumil’s bioclimatic pergolas from start to finish within a couple months.
I was responsible for 100% of the project including the UI and the code.
I created almost all the models and modified the rest to fit VR limitations. Features included editing the colors, change lighting conditions, operate/move various elements.

Challenges:
Assets and code needed to be optimized to achieve 90+ fps on VR.
Optimizations included poly budgeting, texture packing, faking dynamic lights and baking static lights,  faking refractions etc.
